This gamer loser refuses to get a job to pay HIS OWN bills and the dad is
Psycho? This kid is having a melt down, because he’s spoiled rotten. This
doesn’t look staged to me. I hope this kid got a job! Because it doesn’t
look like his dad will support him for the rest of his life.

*sigh* really, this is the worst answer to get someone to do anything. all
this is going to accomplish is create a festering hate for that father and
that kid still won’t accomplish anymore then whatever he currently does.
personally, if that happened to me I would break literally everything of
value in that house and i mean EVERYTHING: the TVs, the furniture, anything
glass, flip every table, toss out all the contents of the
fridge/freezer/cabinets, shred or burn any cash I find, etc you get the
point. people don’t get better from their passions being destroyed.

I’m kinda torn on this video. I wish I knew more details as to whether he
deserved losing so many games. I also don’t know if he was talked to before
this event. While I agree that this is a serious issue, talking and
communication should always be a first step. If that does nothing, step it
up. Maybe only a couple games at a time though to show that he’s serious.
Although… there are always options like boot camp available…. could
always kick him out too, especially since it sounds like he’s not paying
    bills at all.

So this would be a reason to buy the digital version, right?

I don’t usually say this but it’s clearly fake. That’s not a bad thing by
any means though because I did laugh my ass off!

Hypothetically, if this were real, it would be a massive parenting fail.
Gaming can be a legitimate career and it already is for thousands of
people. Like any other career it takes a lot of effort and dedication to be
successful. A good parent would support their kid’s desire to pursue it.

If this filthy console peasant that plays terrible games was actually a
brother of the great PC master race there would be no physical games to run
    over. checkmate.

PAI DESTRÓI TODOS OS JOGOS DO FILHO COM UM CORTADO DE GRAMA! O_O
Um pai cansado de seu filho (que já é um marmanjo) não procurar emprego e
já ser maior de idade, resolveu destruir todos os jogos que ele tinha!

Even though the dad is a cunt for doing this he has a point, and i mean
look at the son!!! sure they are some games out there , hell i know some
and they play all day and want to this this a career, but that kid was
TOOOO much, just look at that reaction, he is screaming like he lost his
own child, that is some phycological and mental illness shit right there,
that is not a normal hobbie in gaming, thats deep addiction and that shit
needs to be sorted out man….freaks the hell out of me

With me, I would have as soon as he drove over them, walk into the house,
grab the biggest sharpest knife, walked up to him and slit my rist, 2 or 3
times and say “what now you fucking cunt?” And watch as he rushed me to the
hospital then show up in the room where I lay in the bed with every single
    game he destroyed brand new.
Call me what you want but this right here, can lead people to killing them
selfs. It’s like if I took his money, car, truck, everything he loves, and
destroy them all in front of him.
Call me emo, what ever it is you want to. Trolls don’t effect me so you’re
    wasting your time.
But for reals this dad should have known better then to do this.
ALSO I would pick being a youtuber over a working man any day. As I be like
“I’m sorry I cant hear you over tge fact I make more then you in a day then
    you make in a week.”

I know this is staged/fake, but people need to realize that in real life,
there are the gamers (like me) who have loved gaming ever since they were a
little child, and then there are the thoughtless, insensitive, anti-gamers
who don’t understand us at all. For instance in my situation, I game away
because it takes my mind away from the realities and drama of the world,
and gaming makes me feel quite content. You do know that you can work at a
full-time or part-time job, and then play the games in your spare time.
There may be some gamers who do sit around and do nothing useful/productive
all day or go job-searching, but there are others out there who mix and
match, and are able to have time for both. Saying “get a job” as if you can
instantly have it appear in your hands; it’s not that easy at all. And to
the people who think it’s embarrassing to be living at home in your 20’s or
older, stop thinking you’re better than us; so ‘cool’ and ‘mature’ because
you may have a job, and your own life, and living independently, etc.
You’re not better than those who are actually struggling to looking for
jobs and struggling to even get invited to an interview, yet they have all
the necessary, passable qualifications/grades and awards. Finally, I do
    think the guy over-reacted just a tad (or a lot….with the acting….),
but what did you expect, if this video was real? You don’t just run over
many dollars or pounds worth of games, what a waste; sell them instead and
make more money if they’re really bothering you that much. They’re not
    “just a bunch of plastic”.

His lost if you ask me.

…..Looks fake, the timing is way too perfect.
All the same, parents please don’t do this to your kids. Yes it made for a
funny video but in the end it would be a major parenting fail! When someone
is this obsessed with something it usually means they are using it as a
coping habit. Destroying the source of your child’s obsession with out
facing first what caused the obsession would only make the issue so much
worse. It would be the cause of severe distrust and further the mental
breakdown of your loved ones. If you truly wish to help someone then talk
    to them and support them.
This goes for harmful habits like cutting and eating disorders as well.
Trying to force someone out of this state of mind is more harmful than
beneficial. Talk to them and support them the best you can. Doing otherwise
will force them to become more obsessive and creative in their endeavors.
If you want them to get better then help them find the source of their
issues at their own pace and don’t be afraid to look for professional help
if they need it. Never Force Them!
